What is it?
The Resiliency Summit is a two day gathering of Indigenous youth, educators and community members for the purpose of sharing activities, celebrating stories and practices regarding health, wellness, and resilience. Students and educators will learn and share with youth mentors, Elders, community members and researchers, experiencing various traditional, active and creative activities.
What to Expect
Two days of sharing knowledge, celebrating stories, and some pretty fun activities to boot!
Lunch and dinner on Nov. 27, lunch on Nov. 28, and snacks available throughout both days!
Wellness break to rest or do some cool activities run by Winsport
Open Mic Night on Nov. 27 where students can share their talents and skills
School Team Registration
- Teams of up to 10 people; maximum 1-2 adults, students must be between grades 6-12
- Per individual registration; please contact our Edmonton office if you need to book groups of adults

Partnering with the Resiliency Summit allows organizations to demonstrate their commitment to the health and wellness of Indigenous children and youth on a provincial level. Partners will be exposed to delegates from education, public health, and sport and recreation sectors which offer further opportunities to help students achieve a prosperous and successful future.
